King & Country
WWII German Waffen-SS figures, vehicles, and dioramas
The Waffen SS series reflects King & Country releases based on Germany's Waffen-SS formations during the Second World War. These sets usually center on late-war troops, support weapons, vehicles, and small battlefield scenes from the European theater.
Collector identification guide
Some early WS releases have separate gloss and matte references. Finish belongs in the identification record alongside code and contents; it is not a substitute for a condition assessment.
WS001G explicitly names the gloss machine-gun team. Compare full codes and actual finishes before combining its asking prices with unsuffixed WS001 results. Neutral-light photographs are more useful than a single bright reflection, and later varnish or repair should be disclosed by the seller.
The source titles distinguish matte WS004 from gloss WS004G. Compare each figure in the group as well as the finish. A correct number of figures can conceal a substitution. A tank used to display the commanders should be itemized separately unless the seller explicitly includes it.
A dealer’s production-run statement is not an independently verified count of surviving examples. Save the attribution and supporting documentation with a purchase record. Do not calculate a rarity premium from a short catalog description or from the absence of current listings alone.
Prepared by Operation ToyBox from release titles and linked dealer reference descriptions, editorial notes updated 2026-09-17. Open each reference for its individual evidence and review date. These are identification comparisons, not hands-on condition reports. Open each record for its source and verify the actual specimen before purchase.

Every card includes the manufacturer, set code, title, recorded retirement status, catalog count, and type. That makes the page useful as a quick identification guide when matching eBay listings, checking old dealer references, or comparing similar sets from the same series.
Collectors usually start here to verify whether a listing belongs to the Waffen SS line, check the recorded contents, and distinguish catalog status from current availability before moving into live price and listing research.
